A balanced license? License balance?
Are there to many licenses? Do some have many and others have none?
I am confused.
Perhaps I should visit the public library and do some research.
Several part of the old library were preserved and placed inside and outside of the new Centennial Public Library in Downtown St. Catharines. Here, the top of the portico of the former St. Catharines public library welcomes visitors to the newer building, partially.
